Anyone try it? Do it? What do you think of it? I recently got a dvd and have tried it....I can't decide how I feel about it. I have steered clear of martial arts-y workouts (think taebo) as I feel it makes me agressive and edgy. I feel ok so far but I haven't been doing it that long at all. I do have to say in their info they speak very highly of raw foodism. :D
Anyone else?

I don't know...that's not where i heard of it. I saw it on one of those Vh1 cheesy star programs (my guilty pleasure) and apparently it is quite popular on the west coast??? I found the dvd at Barnes & Noble.

I have the beginner's dvd, but haven't tried it yet. If I can convince dh to bring the tv back downstairs, then I'll try it and let you know what I think, k?

Yeah, I've tried it. I like it! I enjoy the way it mixes yoga with martial arts. Nice little work out and you feel refreshed afterwards!

I took cardio kickboxing for years at a gym and have also done tae-bo for quite some time, so I understand what you mean by making you aggressive. Until you said that I thought it was making me more confident and strong, but yes, aggessive too now that you mention that. I enjoy doing the Budakon DVD when I need to relax. I'm not very good at yoga, but this is a nice mix of what I'm used to doing and what I would like to be better at. I am bored with the same routine though, and there are no gyms in my area that teach it, so I just do it now when I need to chill.

I have the DVD as well!
Its a nice merge for both body and mind through new mixed movements yet it lacks something....
I was really drawn to it, and even ordered it from the "official" website... but I prefer yoga.. and tae bo... the martial arts aspect was cool but not really for me... haha... it was a nice change..
