how to keep food fresh?

Hi, I am new to Raw, so far so good, but my produce doesnt stay fresh very long.Any suggestions? A food selaer? green bags? What works best.I have cheated a few times, butI feel good about this diet.When is the next 30 day challenge?Where do I sign up? Thanks, Pat.

I shop at whole foods and in the produce section they sell these 'bananna bags' they are yellow and lik zip lock bags. they keep your fruits and vettables fresh for up to 30 days. they asorb the chemicals the fruit or vegs are giving off so it doesn't rot:)

Lukster, are these the same or better than Nancy's bags that let the ethylene glycol out? I had been thinking of getting some, but these banana bags sound cheaper!
