Hi there!
My name is Kerri.
About two years ago, I finished school, so I wasn't walking back and forth from home to school everyday, I was bored and constantly stuffing my face, and had started on birth control. My weight shot up from 140 to 195 in a matter of about 12 months. (NOT good, since I'm only 5'4'') I've been on Atkins, I've tried counting calories and none of it has worked for me. I've recently moved to a new city with my boyfriend, and have a job working at a pizza place. I'm on my feet for about 9 hours a day, and yet I'm not losing any weight because I'm constantly eating the pizza.
I came across Alissa Cohen's diet today while watching Tyra, and it's something that I definitely want to try, not even try.. but do. I'm so sick of eating the same things over and over again, and not losing weight!
So yeah, that's me..
