Has anyone been to Scotland? I am looking for some good vegetarian restaurants, health food stores and possibly any raw restaurants. The Indian food is amazing in the UK but almost everything is cooked and lots of dairy!

In Glasgow, there's a place on High Street called Mono, and it's vegan. I know there's a place in the west end called Grassroots Cafe, and they have a store also. There's a place called the Granary on Glassford Street. I went in the other day, and they have a store -- not too extensive, but enough to find quinoa milk and rice milk. They also had dried fruit (not sure if raw, but unsulphured), and a cafe.
As for raw, there are lots of juice and smoothie places in Glasgow. They're not exactly cheap, but it's something.
I've only been in Glasgow for a month, so I'm not sure what all is here -- but I have my own kitchen so that's not too much of a worry. A lot of the grocery stores have organic produce (carrots, celery, bananas, berries), and I'm about to look for a green grocer.
Where are you in Scotland? If you aren't in Glasgow, this won't help much.
