My bf and I stayed with him about two years ago in Jamaica. He was a friend of a friend of ours. He has a house there (I forget the name of the city - a few hours from Montego Bay) and he trains raw chefs. He had just got the house sort of recently so he might still be living there. It was really nice - tons of young wild coconuts to eat right in the backyard!
