Olives - are they raw?

I have never found info on that ..... those glass jar olives, or even the ones in a can .... are they still raw?

The ones in cans are definitely heat processed. The ones in jars are most likely heat processed. The ones that come in bulk, you need to ask specifically for each kind of olive. If the employees don't know, you can always write the company yourself.
