Another question . . .is all of nama shoyu raw or does it have to say that on the container?

Thanks for all your help.

I also wanted to know if it was gluten-free since it has wheat in it...anyone know?

i???m pretty sure "nama shoyu" is like a brand name, comes in a bottle with a whilte label and i think red or blue lettering (?) so as long as its that brand, then it should be raw

as for the gluten, pretty sure if it has wheat in it, then it would naturally have to have gluten, too......

I could be wrong but I believe nama means raw and shoyu means soy sauce.

I'm pretty sure tamari is wheat-free. Not sure if it's raw, though...
