I almost hate to ask a disgusting question like this here but this would be the board to know. This weekend is my county fair. I plan to go to the livestock auction to get some food for my dogs and cat. This will be my first time actually purchasing a whole "food."
Are there any bits that should not be eaten because of health concerns or simply being inedible besides the obvious? I know bowels probably wouldn't be a good choice for bacterial reasons.
