Just wondering if the pre canned fruit such as pineapple at the grocery stores are okay? Thanks!

Nope! Those are all heated in the canning process and are dead foods

If you are looking for raw fruit then no, anything in a can or jar is not raw

but if you're not 100% raw and want to buy some then go for the fruit in the glass jar
