Is is possible to be eating too much olive oil? I've been eating about 2TBSP per day on salads, mixed with sea salt, lemon juice, and sometimes some vinegar. Thoughts?

Cold pressed is raw. The other one that does not say 'Extra Vergine' would obviously not be cold pressed.

I thought cold pressed was exactly the same as extra virgin?
EDIT: Sorry, I saw you said not cold pressed. Then we agree. Cold pressed extra virgin = raw :D

in the US, cold pressed is not a regulated term, so you don't know that it's raw from seeing cold pressed on the bottle. 450 degrees could be "cold" compared to 500.
Bariani olive oil I understand is raw.
From some countries there is more regulation in terms of what they can say is First Cold pressed, etc.
You have to do a little homework to find a raw olive oil.
I also use the Hemp oil from manitobahempharvest.com It's great, it's raw, and if you order from them it's made on the day you order, so it's very fresh.
