Does anyone here live in or near South Louisana? I do. It would be good to talk wih others who are used to enjoying "good" Southern / Cajun SAD food and who are also making or have made the transition to 100% raw. I feel much better when I have eaten 100% raw, but I have fallen off the wagon more than once. Still learning. Any Southerners here?

I have often wondered about putting a Cajun twist to raw.

Maybe someone is doing it. Maybe you just found a new market to develop that style raw cuisine.

Welcome to this site!

(I am from AZ so sometimes I put red chili in my raw things and really crave my red chili sauce used for SAD Mexican dishes - need to make a raw version of that some day!)

Hi livin' ! :D Fellow southern'r here! Right beside you in Mississippi :p Im not having a difficult time at all, if you have access to abundant fresh organic fruits and veges from local farmers markets and our Kroger has a huge section as well as the health food store then there is an abundance of good food! There are so many creative ways you could add some zing and spice to foods with fresh herbs and homemade salad dressings & dips.
