Alissa's corn tortillas

Would someone please be able to give me the corn tortilla recipe from Alissa's book? I desperately want to make them, however I lent my book to someone who has just not returned it yet and I haven't had a chance to just get it off my DVD before coming to work. I will go grocery shopping on my way home from work and want to get enough ingredients.

I know it is just corn and flax and orange juice... (if i remember well) but I don't know in which quantities.
