Round Two

Hello All!

I'm back and this time even more determined then ever before. I posted on here a couple of times. One of my posts: http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=9517

Since then, A LOT of family drama has happened and I fell of the wagon...hard, but now I'm at a place where I can concentrate on myself and this wonderful way of life.

I've been 95% raw all week. A couple muffins slipped in there somehow ;) But I'm not stressing about that.

I'm going to detox for a couple of weeks on green smoothies while I read and read as much as I can. I can do this, I have faith in myself.

Anyone in Phoenix, AZ? I would love to have a raw buddy :)

Welcome back :) I'm also on my second Raw journey, fell off back in December/January when I ended up on blood thinners.

Welcome septemberrose,

I am in Phoenix area. There are many who have posted a bit here and there from our area. There are some east valley potlucks that I recommend you go to. One is in Tempe and one is in East Mesa. It is far for me and my raw cuisine leaves alot to be desired still (still mostly doing green smoothies and salads). I think that I saw them both listed on meetup.com.

If I ever get well I want to start hosting a west valley potluck even though my family is SAD.
