Thought for the day...Amazingly, I have a new outlook.
I posted a cry for help just 14 days ago and didn't return to see what was written for 2 weeks. In that time, I was raw half of it and the other...suffered dearly.
Let me share what you people can do to inspire.
I came back and smiled as I read all the encouraging answers and then went on to read other posts...and then for the first time this month, I feel like tomorrow is going to be the start of something great! My return to raw in a fresh new way.
Thank you all for the fresh new outlook and thank you for helping me remember why I went raw in the first place...and it had nothing to do with my weight....that's why it took last year...and it hasn't this one. Because if I had only started it because of weight loss...I would have failed like all other diets.
This is a journey, a way of life, not to be confused with anything else. And I loved the post that mentioned how blessed we are to get to choose what we put in our bodies. How true is that!?!?!
Tomorrow I will focus on the good I am doing for my body, as opposed to the weight that I need to lose and see how that changes the outcome!
Much love, ya'll. God bless you! Rawk on!
