nutritional yeast makes my pee BRIGHT yellow

im guessing since its injected with a bunch of "vitamins" that my body is just not absorbing them and is peeing them out. anyone have a similar experience? my intuition is telling me the stuffs not very healthy. i always get bloated and dehydrated when i eat the stuff, and my pee is just a shocking yellow.

That happens to me when I take B-Complex vitamins, as well as eat nutritional yeast :cool:

I dunno if I'm not absorbing ANY of the vitamins, so I take it anyways...but yeah its interesting :)

1. Its not raw.
2. It makes my stomach blow up like baked bread. I ate some once before going raw and I was miserable - like I ate something with gluten. When I go out to a raw of vegan place, I make sure its not used in the food.

I have read that Vit B12 in Nut Yeast, has been brought from OUTSIDE,
9exterior factors) so it is not made by the yeast.
