I love plain yogurt. One of the staples in my kitchen to use in 100 ways.
Is there a raw alternative to that?

There's raw nut yogurt and seed yogurt. I haven't tried any and don't know how to make it but if you search the site or google, something will come up.

You can make yogurt with almonds, water. lemon juice and probiotic powder. hmmm, i wonder if you could make cheese this way?

I've heard you can make a coconut water kefir. Wonder if you could do the same with yogurt? Just use a starter + coco water?
