This is for anyone cruising the site who is really considering raw food life. My advice for the females, consider starting the week AFTER your menstral cylce. The food we crave during that week would really depress you if you slip and eat SAD food.

Guilty. :(

Good advice. I started on the second day of my cycle. I usually want chocolate and potato chips around that time. I made brownies and was good to go. I lost a good amount of weight that week, which was surprising, but it was my first week, so maybe that's it.

i kinda started last week. still had a small sandwhich before school but came home and had a smoothie. So from Wednesday last week to monday this week was about 75% Tuesday to yesterday was about 98%.

Today............................ not so good. well actually, i was good for breakfast and snack. lunch-no. so i'll jump right back in for dinner and tomorrow.
can't beat myself up.

Don't beat yourself up - just pick back up and keep at it!

BTW - I see your avatar is a Sim.....do you play Sims2? I love that game!
