Eat close to 100% raw foods most of the time; however, eating raw or little vegan cooked, not noticing any changes to burning in chest area, sometimes a burping, sometimes a sensation that I have to heave and violently for a minute throw up. It can be as simple as a little watermelon too.
My chiro did an acid reflux adjustment and said it can take up to 2 visits to conquer. I have not gone back for 2nd one yet, but 1st treatment done about 1 month ago.
The feeling just comes on without even feeling like I hardly ate anything. Not any one thing brings it on.
Not taking any supplements at this point. Thinking of going back to a green powder as well as using a digestive enzyme.
Any thoughts here?
Hardly any nuts or even dried fruits or even things like lemons, pineapples either. Really simple eating. I have not been doing the green smoothies regularly either so that is somethng that I do.
Thanks for any suggestions. It's a horrible feeling too and I know they say when you get older a digestive enzyme would be helpful especially if you do "any" cooked at all.
