Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am straggling with loosing my post natal weight. Before my son was born I was 125 lbs now I am 135 and it seems that I am not moving anywhere. I would love to hear from other moms on how they get their exercise while taking care of their babies. My son is 1 1/2 years old now. Please, someone inspire me to exercise.
And what kind of exercise should I do for my lower abs?
