but my goodness this is so horriable. I love the counter think cartoons, they always seem to make wonderful points. I just thought I would share this one with ya'll, you might find it as sad and amusing as I did.

That really is sad. Apparently this will only effect (or is it affect?) the distributers of almonds and not the growers. SO you can still order raw almonds from the growers directly even if they are in CA. It's a shame that the government has to get involved in this. I don't see anywhere in the Constitution where they have the right to mess with our food. :mad:

Very cute cartoon - and yet very upsetting too!!! ;) Thanks for the link tho - I was able to send it to alot of my friends! It never ceases to amaze me what the government thinks they have a right to do.... :rolleyes: ahhh well.... I'm definitely planting an almond tree.... ;)
