Do you plan on turning the whole bowl over and then unwrapping the plastic around it? Just wondering how you plan to eat it. :D
wonder if it would work just as well without the plastic wrap.

Hey all! Thank you so much for your kind words! :D
Chai,
On the website, they take it out of the container all wrapped and then slice it with the plastic still on and then unwrap each piece individually. It might be fuctional or it might just be to make it look pretty after it's sliced :) I'm sure you could do it without the plastic wrap.
I'm probably going to slice it in half, or in quarters, and then unwrap and eat.

You guys! The lasagna is amazing! The only improvement I would make is a thicker sauce. The marinara I made is really thin and it watered down the whole dish. But it was still good! I'll post pics of the layers later :)

Oh, BTW, I put ours in the Dehydrator for a bit to warm it up!!! Yummy! Also, I used Alissa's Mozzarella Cheese which turned out Fabulous!!!

Thank you very much!! I'm glad I inspired you! :)
I don't have a dehydrator, so I ate mine ice cold, but it was still good! I'm glad it worked out for you!

I make a lasagna with all the same ingredients you do. One thing I can add that some people might incorporate is to marinate the zucchini. I marinate it with some olive oil, lemon juice, and a little salt. I usually let that marinate for 8 hours or so. Helps soften up the zucchini and also flavor it a little.

I must be crazy, but what website is the recipe on? I love lasagna but haven't made any b/c of all of the lenghty steps. This one looks yummy! Thanks for sharing.

Judy,
Thank you!
I let it set for about 6 hours. I think 3 hours would be fine too. I wouldve eaten it sooner, but I was at work and didn't take my break until later
Ingenue,
Thank you so much! :D I'm glad you enjoyed the post!
Sigtau,
Wow, that sounds good too!
Broccolilips,
