Hey guys,
i need a salad dressing recipe for my upcoming raw dinner this weekend.
its for the appetizer salad that has mixed greens, maple glazed walnuts, red onion, and pear (might throw in some avocado too)...
so the dilemma is that i need a dressing that can go with the sweetness of the walnuts and pear, but that isnt too sweet itself. a vinaigrette preferably.... i was thinking something with ginger?
i might sound a bit picky, i know...but this is sort of an important dinner.
