Is seed cheese good?

I'm craving cheese lately and there's no way I'm going to eat the real stuff so I was wondering what seed/nut cheese tastes like? It seems like it'd either be really good or really gross!! thanks!

Like anything else it would depend on the recipe and your likes/dislikes.

I've made all of Alissa's and thought they were quite good. If you want a REALLY good dish to try out some cheese and sauce recipes make up her lasagne ~ and invite some friend over for dinner ~ even non-raw foodies.
