View Full Version : Quantities in Alissa's recipes

As a newbie, I am trying out recipes to find transitional foods that will help me stay raw. I want to take the 30-day challenge, or, at least, do the one day at a time thread.

My question: Alissa's recipes do not tell how much or how many "servings" they will make. As a single, I need to make 2-3 servings, not enough to feed a family of 5 + leftovers. Is there a general feeling about how much food the recipes make? I can't eat much at any one sitting, but need 5-6 little meals a day. Also, I am not an experienced cook, so don't have much background. They seem to make lots!

If you are worried about having too much food, then cut the recipe in half. That way you can find the amount that works best for you.
