muffins or cookies?

hi all
Does anyone have a simple recipe for peanut butter cookies or chocolate muffins?? I don't have a dehydrator yet, so that can't be a part of the recipe.

no sorry! i tried to make the fudge balls and they were a comlete disaster. i had to throw it all out. does anyone have any suggestions? what is 'soaking dates'? mine were soft so i didn't soak them. maybe that was my problem.
