I did an experiment with some teff out of a package (Bob's Red Mill) to see if it would sprout. . . and it did! I wanted to see what kind of greens it would make so I let it grow, and it seems to be grasslike as opposed to something with multiple leaves. Does anybody know if this grass is good for juicing, or if I'm better off just eating the short baby sprouts before they get green? I was thinking the short sprouts might make nice crispy little crackers.
