*hop, wave* Hiya! You'll love the people on this site. So nice!
In the beginning, many people recommend that you eat what ever you want as long as it's raw. I did it that way and it made the transition easier for me.

ok, a few questions here. I got me a juicer and a dehydrater and want to try a few recipes. I am doing ok so far but time for something different. Anyone know where in Atlanta I could find some of these ingredients? I mainly want to try some Portobello Mushrooms cuz I KNOW I luv them : )
Anyways, I can't find: nama shoyu

Online source for Nama Shoyu and it's only 5.00 shipping to the States and 7.50 for Canada!
Canada Link http://www.rawganique.com/indexcad.htm
USA Link http://rawganique.com/
And they ship really fast so it will be there in no time at all!

Thank you. I found several bottles of Shoyu in Whole foods, but never saw Nama Shoyu. Any idea what differences are? It says organic but no idea on if it is cooked.
seem to be a whole slew of us Atlanta'ns popping up here : )

Shoyu is the Japanese word for Soy sauce
Nama is the Japanese word for Raw
As far as I have been told! I have not reseached it myself and am to lazy to bother! :-) But beleive this to be true!
So make sure before you buy it, it says NAMA SHOYU!
