cutting, slicing, and chopping

I am shopping for some new knives can anyone recommend a good brand that I can buy? I am looking at buying the orange handle 2-piece set from Racheal Ray. This set got good reviews and are about 100.00 for the pair. I don't want to spend much more than that.
