Fruit Creations?

Hey everyone..I was wondering if anyone knows of any cool looking fruit creations?..my dad's birthday is today and he LOVES fruit..and I had an idea to make like a cool fruit thing..but I need some recipes and stuff..like cutting them into shapes and stacking them into cool "cupcakes" or something like that..he isn't raw..but I figured all my Raw friends here would have some of the best ideas!!!:D ....

Im not sure how to cut the fruit special ways, but here are some really neat ideas for lots of fresh fruit! You could serve with a raw dip of nuts, coconut meal, agave, vanilla or honey or, raw cacaco dip
