Dehydrating almonds

I can dehydrate almonds right?
to make them crunchy as if they were roasted?
if so, do I put certain salt on them? I have Celtic sea salt.
I might be able to get a dehydrator today. Not totally for certain yet.

i would first soak them, then drain, then toss them in whatever flavor you want ... sea salt, curry powder, etc then dehydrate them
