This is my first ever recipe post - I like my meals simple but this was just so tasty that I had to share!
1 banana
1 cup of blackberries and 1 big strawberry
1/2 cup of orange juice
Go out into your garden and pick a cup of fresh brambles (or buy a punnet of blackberries in the shop ;) ). Whizz it up with approx. half a cup of orange juice (or just put whole segments in if you like your juice "with bits"). Slice the banana and place it in the dessert dish and pour the sauce over. Leave in the fridge to make it nice and cool, or succumb to temptation and indulge straight away! :D
