I know I'm very very new at this, but since I've been doing a lot of reading and a lot of thread reading I've noticed I'm more keen to catching any food conversations at work.

Before I'd never even perk up if I heard someone mention a spice or a fruit or veggie. Now I find myself listening to these conversations. What I hear the most so far is a combination of none raw cooked foods followed with "and it's very healthy". Even though I'm new and have a lot to learn, I feel like I know the secret to healthy eating. The "I know something you don't know" type of thing. I won't engage in these conversations until I have enough knowledge to and until I know I can inform with out pushing it on others.

Does anyone else feel this way? The "secret"?

:p

same here. we are lucky to know the secret. people stare at my lunch and usually are too afraid-looking to even comment:rolleyes: . they must be thinking... "wow... she is eating so much better than i am...and look how clear her skin is...she has that glow...maybe it's the food she's eating...";)
