coconut kefir

did my first batch this weekend.... used about 1/2 packet of starter for about 2 cups of coconut water....waited about 36 hours.....got some milky white globs at the bottom of the jar....drank it....felt the goodness in the guts....liked the tang..

any experience, suggestions????????
