Hi! I have been completely raw for about a week, and today and yesterday a bit, I had low energy, a bit fatigued, and a little nauseous.

I feel like I am eating too much fruit...maybe that is making me nauseous?

Any advice would be so great, because generally, I have been feeling great on it, but the past two days have been rough.

Before doing this complete raw, I have eaten mostly raw for the past year, so I do not think it is detox, but maybe it is?

You say you've eaten mostly raw, well, the un-mostly part is detoxing out of your system if you are 100% raw now, so yep, I'm betting it's detox. Try cutting back on the fruit. Try drinking more water.
Oh yeah, green smoothies!!!

You may need more potassium so choose foods which are higher in potassium. I know for me when I get low, I get tired.

Almonds are a great source of potassium.
