I've been very high raw for about 3 weeks now and now I feel like im getting a cold. :/ My nose is stuffy and i feel like my head is all clogged up and bloated if that even makes sense. not my body, just my head. i hope this is just detox, i dont want a cold now that im trying to be really healthy!
