How do you make it?

I have a soy quick mylk maker.
BUT, you can take whatever nuts - almonds are used most of the time. Blend in a blender, then put into either a nut bag or a paint strainer bag (clean, of course!) and strain through there, and there you have nut mylk.

1 cup soaked almonds (soaked overnight then rinsed)
4 cups water

Blend in vitamix, maybe 30 seconds or so till liquified

strain thru nut milk bag, I use cheap paint strainers

add milk back to blender and add sweetner if you like
I add a little honey, maybe 1 T, I find it keeps better w/honey
you can add several dates instead or agave
a little vanilla and a pinch of salt.....

least that's how I make mine.....it is THE best!!

Yup - my bad. However, with the soy quick maker there are times that I haven't. But the best practice getting into is TO soak the nuts first!!!
