I am getting bloodwork done to be tested for a few things, mainly Lyme's Disease. I have had all of the symptoms including the big bug bite I received 2 1/2 weeks ago that swoll up the size of my fist. I am so tired by 8pm, I can barely keep my eyes open.

Anyone know any raw and holistic healings for those with Lyme's?

I know post bloodwork I will start taking my vegan vitamin D supplement and COQ10 again for my energy level (I slacked). I just feel so off but I'm crossing my fingers this is not Lyme's. I don't want to be on antibiotics, let alone for 3-4 weeks. I've been 100% medicine free for 9 months. My dr of integrative medicine said it could also be a flare up of the Epstein-Barr virus (mono) which I had 2 years ago since that stays in your system. Hope it's something simple and easily cured without medicine.

Oy.

Thank you kindly for listening!

I, too, hope it is a minor issue for you. If it does turn out to be lymes disease, feel blessed you caught it early. I assisted a wonderful lady who had advanced-stage lymes disease (usdiagnosed for 10 years). My prayers remain with her for healing. So very much can be done when caught early on. My healing thougts are with you.

Lyme Disease is a very complicated and confusing illness...
to begin with the blood test are not reliable... the CDC therefore specifies that it is a Clinical diagnosis that is informed by blood tests. Which tests did the doc run? my guess is the elisa or western blot. The best tests are through Igenex Lab and Bowen, but even still there are many false negatives This is mainly due to the fact that there are many strains of the Lyme bacteria, hundreds or more and the current tests only test for a few strains.

I've had lyme for 6 years... it has been a nightmare for me, so I am glad you caught it early if it is lyme. did your symptoms begin with the rash? did you see the tick? was it a bulls eye rash?

In my experience, I've found that docs are completely clueless about lyme, exept Lyme specialist known as LLMDS. and even LLMDs are practicing experimental treatments. In fact, everything in the Lyme world is experimental.

Re: natural treatments. You might want to think about taking the anti-bs for 4-6 weeks followed by extensive herbal treatments. I follow stephen buhners protocol, healing lyme. It is a bunch of herbs that strengthen the immune system and kill the bacteria. my llmd has had much more success with herbs than anti-bs! that said, I think I would be much worse off if I did not begin with some anti-b treatment to lower the bacterial load.

wish you the best!... I could go on about Lyme all day! so if you have anymore questions please aks...
