Hi, i think that i am detoxing again big time.
I have been on 100%raw food for 4 months now. I am nursing and i still lost all the extra weight and more. I did detox in the beginning with a bronchitis and maybe a month after a cold sore. My skin problem is almost gone. I think from the past that i poison myself with the dairies, this seem to be the major problem with me, it really did store well in my body.
Now, i am having a sinus infection. This isn't as severe as the time i was vegetarian, but it is uncomfortable and i am looking forward to clear this out. I thought of making an experimentation and eat some brown rice. I was curious on how my body would react and if it would slow down the detox. Also, i needed to increase my milk for i still nurse. Well, i didn't have problem to digest it, but here is what i experimented. I was feeling so heavy and then so exhausted, this isn't funny. On top of this, in the middle of the night, my sinus infection went worst and i started to do fever. The next day, i took some e3live and it helps to balance back my body to a normal PH.
Well, is there a food or herbs that is good for sinus infection? I am going to take some garlic tonight, hoping it will help. I wish i could do a detox diet to clear out all the chemical in me but i am nursing so i have to stick with the raw food. My 20 months old daughter is fine and she is doing very well. She is a raw baby too.
