I love Annie's Goddess Dressing and couldn't bear to buy it from the store at $3 for 8 servings... So I searched the internet and found a knockoff recipe. I changed it a tiny bit and it is now a little more consistent with the consistency of hers and it is divine in my book- changed my ranch loving dh to a goddess dressing loving dh!

Here it is:
1/8 cup (2T) water
1/4 c ACV
2 T lemon juice (or juice of 1 whole lemon works well)
2 T soy sauce/nama shoyu/braggs etc
5/8 c olive oil
1 clove garlic (medium to large size)
4 heaping T sesame seeds (use a little more or less for consistency but you must use at least 3 T to get the right flavor)
dash of cold pressed sesame oil (optional)
couple sprigs of parsley and a small bunch of chives (fresh)
or 2 T parsley and 1 T chives (dry)
blend in vitamix until combined the garlic mellows in the fridge so it will be most potent right away.

Hi --

I am a lurker here, and don't post much -- maybe 3 times total. But I just wanted to say that this dressing is WONDERFUL!!! Thank you SO much for posting it!!!

I added nutritional yeast to one batch (not sure if this qualifies as raw?) and that was good, too.
