I made this to take to my first Raw Potluck yesterday. Folks seemed to like it. Please don't hate me -- I'm terrible about not measuring ingredients!

Pulp left from juicing (any combination but what I had this time was carrot, beet, kale, parsley, celery, cucumber, apple)
onion, diced

Dressing:
raw apple cider vinegar
raw tahini
raw almond butter
sundried tomatoes
olive oil
herbs de Province
pinch of cayenne
purified water if needed to thin

Mix the dressing in blender until smooth. Blend well into the pulp -- easiest way is using your hands. I let this marinate overnight and then put into a pretty serving dish an formed it into a loaf.

I love using the pulp from juicing! I just made "crab cakes" with mine. I added some ACV, dill, dulse, seafood seasoning, vegetable pulp, sunflower seeds and dehydrated into patties. They are really good!
