For those of you who make your own nut milks for recipes, try exchanging the water for orange juice in the butter made for Alissa's chocolate mousse. You get a tasty orange chocolate mousse instead...yummy!
Do any of you have your own variants on this recipe? I changed the almonds for cashew and macadamia nut milk and butter. It was fabulous!
Also why is it made with carob powder not raw chocolate powder? I can get raw chocolate here in France, but have yet to see carob. I am not a huge choccie fan, so this does not give me cravings.
