all I seem to want aside from cukes are smoothies of baby spinach.

I'm at a point where I look wonderful...feel wonderful... I'm eating 100% raw & I'm worried I'm doing damage from 500 cals a day. Really, I'm not hungry. I even find that I operate better on less food.

I dont dehydrate. I've always been a mono eater. I do love the simplicity & ease of this but I'm wondering if I will eventually fall all at once. (Feel it like a brick wall)

Now is such a hard time to trust.

I don't think there's anything wrong at all with what you're doing. You feel good and everything, so why stop?

People have fasted on nothing but water for months at a time, and you're getting a lot more nutrients on cukes and spinach than a lot of people get on a full SAD diet.

Keep us posted :)

Yeah I'm feeling a huge transition. At 1st, it was just cukes. I was worried then. I cant seem to get enough baby spinach. I'm CRAVING it at 3am.

Maybe I'm still blowing old junk out of the exhaust (LOL!)

Yeah I will go through phases where all I want is a certain food all the time. I usually end up getting sick of that though and move on to the next phase. It probably won't last too long...cuke=cucumber??

I just looked at the cal content of some nuts. I didnt know it was that high. I think I'll throw some in from now on. Even if I'm not really craving it, at least it would help me stop worrying, lol!

don't know if you like avocados..

i am a lot like you.. I really prefer mono meals..and do not eat that much.
but i DO green smoothies...with a few ingredients
to keep the calories up..

and i also eat avocados..about a half at a time..no more..quite often, right out of the shell with a little salt.

very filling and substantial.. and adds to the calorie count..
helps me.

For about two weeks my main food has been tomatoes, avocados and onion with added salt. That's really all I want, but I will get the green smoothie before breakfast for sure. I usually eat fruit in the afternoon but follow it up with more tomato, onion and avocado ! ! ! Apparently after being in a almost no fat diet for years due to a weight problem, my body is really enjoying the fat in avocados.
