today i ate:

a huge smoothie that ended up being a pudding bc it was so thick. it was made out of a bag of frozen blackberries, 3 bananas, 1 apple, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp flaxseed, 1/2 cup mango and a cup of kale. so good.

then i had a banana and a little later i had a chocolate almond butter cup i made.

i dont know what im going to have for dinner. maybe another smoothie. i think smoothies and raw chocolate are my favorite foods right now!

Pre-surf breakfast: Young coconut (meat and water) blended with cacao and stevia and ice

Mid surf - 2 apples

Home - 2 lentil patties made of lentils, carrots, celery + spices+flax oil

Right now - Pineapple/collard powder smoothie

Breakfast: Green smoothie with honeydew nectarine, mango, 2 bananas, parsley, 2 handfuls of greens, flax seeds and some sweetener

Snack: 2 big bowls of watermelon

Kale chips

Lunch: collard wrap with "cheese," BBQ sauce, "burger" patty, marinated peppers, shrooms and onions, and lettuce with a side of kale chips

Some chocolate mousse

Cheesecake with chocolate sauce

(thought I would give my menu in technicolor for your viewing pleasure :D )

Breakfast: Bottled berry juice with whey protein (yes, it's cooked) and brewer's yeast

Next meal: Three servings of fresh squeezed organic valencia oragnes

Next meal: Two slices of bread (booo...yeah, I know)

Next meal: red grapes, one serving of juiced mango, half a cup of cucumbers

guacamole - avocado, grape tomatoes, pearl onion, Celtic salt
flax crackers
watermelon, and a lot of it, blended into slushies
pineapple (whole one)

2 mugs of Gypsy Cold Care tea with lemon (not raw but it's helping my cold)

Breakfast: Cantaloupe Juice
Lunch: Apple Juice, Banana, Handful of Grapes
Snack: Dates with Almond Butter
Dinner: Avocado Chutney w/ some modifications due to lack of ingredients
Snack #2: Banana
Always got to have a banana before bed...:rolleyes:

Rawnola with strawberries, banana and almond milk

Smoothie--banana, apple, almond milk, cocoa powder

Flaxseed crackers with pico de gallo and
Lydia's raw crackers with eggless egg salad

Olives

Chocolate ganache

Talk about eating like a queen!!

Yellow small tomatoes in farmer's market(almost a basket)
Canteloupe melon
3 oranges
several cucumbers
strawberries
small handful of almonds
I hope I did not forget anything

Not finished eating yet today but here's the gist so far:

B: smoothie with baby romaine, banana, blueberry, and mango
S: two bananas with almond butter
L: Sunny Spread (from Boutenko books) with cabbage and an avocado
S: half a cantaloupe
D: maybe another smoothie .. food's not on my mind right now

Breakfast: Green smoothie with banana, peaches, and spinach
Snack: 2 apples with raw almond butter
Lunch: mushroom soup (almond milk, mushrooms, sea salt, green onion) I wasn't crazy about this but I ate it anyway.
Snack: cherries
Dinner: spiral sliced daikon with sesame oil & nama shoyu & wasabi

1 cantaloupe
2 large servings of pineapple juice w/agave, stevia and ice
2 raw tacos (raw tortillas, walnut meat)
2 roma tomatoes & avocado
1 smootie made with 2 bananas, 2 mangos, coconut water and pineapple pulp (thirtsquencher, filling and refreshing - its 112 here in the desert)
1 piece of raw coconut fudge.

It's been a very satisfying day.

I have lost 10 pounds and as you can see I have not deprived myself of eating! :)
