mmm ive been making these chunky almond butter cups for the past few days. they are extremely simple and quick to make. i make enough for one serving at a time so i dont overeat them.
You need:
1 aluminum foil cupcake cup thingie
1 tbsp expeller pressed coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp raw almond butter
enough agave to your liking
several raw cashews
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp flaxseed (makes it thicker)
stir altogether in a small bowl, pour into cup and put in freezer for 5-10 mins or a little more maybe. when its solid and firm take it out and enjoy. its creamy and fudgy and chocolatey and nutty all at the same time. heaven! next time i make one i am definitely taking a picture.
tip: u could use more almond butter to make it fudgier. i think im going to experiment with almond butter and come up with a good fudge recipe bc i loove fudge.
