Hi all :)
I'm starting the master cleanse today, but I haven't yet been able to find how much of the "lemonade" you're supposed to drink in a single day?? Is it one gallon? I have a fasting book that briefly speaks of this fast and tells you to mix one gallon of water with the juice of 6 -8 lemons, 1/4 tsp of cayene and maple syrup to taste- is this correct?
Also, I was wondering : Do I have to do the parasit cleanse after the master cleanse or the bowel, kidney, or liver cleanse as suggested on the mc forum???
And lastly, Is filtered water ok to use for the master cleanse and should I also take vitamins??
Thanks so much. I hope to hear from some soon.

Its 6 to 12 cups of a it a day. Best to drink as you get hungry and it will fill you up. I didn't make a gallon, I made the drink as I drank it so 8 oz of filtered water (recommended), the juice from 1/2 a lemon or lime, 1-2 tbsp of pure maple syrup grade B, and cayenne pepper to taste. No vitamins. You shouldn't take anything while on the cleanse. Drink an herbal laxative tea every night (even the night before you start) and 32 oz of sea salt/water mixture every morning. Thats important to flush out the toxins as you cleanse. You will be running to the bathroom after that sea salt drink so be near one! Maybe not the first day or 2 but after that, oh yeah, lol. Since you are doing that, you do not need to do any other cleansing/flushing that you asked about (don't remember exactly what you said was mentioned on the MC forum). The cleanse should be done for at least 10 days and can be done up to 30. I found a great site about it when I was on the cleanse a few months ago, you can google "The Master Cleanser" and you may be able to find something. I had it in my favorites on a different computer.
