I've been practicing yoga for a few years now, and one encumbrance I had was waiting until my stomach was completely empty before beginning. I'd eat supper, wait three hours, still feel not-empty, wait another hour, then it was time for bed. If you've ever tried yoga with food in the stomach, you know this is *not* a good idea.
But with raw, digestion is so quick, I'm able to get in 1 or 2, sometimes even 3 sessions a day, easily, whenever I have a spare 20, 30, 60, or 90 minutes
