We all know that raw lifestyle is getting increase nowadays. But what can you say about raw against cooked. Share your ideas, the pros and cons and any useful ideas you have got.

I could list any of the numerous health benefits that are listed on the internet, but I'm going to stick with personal experience, because I think it makes more of an impact:

I've lost weight (pretty immediate, too)
I'm filling my body with so many pure nutrients, that I am never hungry and I don't have cravings.
My nails and hair are growing insanely fast and strong.
My mental state is so much better.
My skin is perfect!!
People are commenting about a change in me.

Those are just a few changes I've experienced.:D

Outstanding! That’s a very inspiring result for just a year. Tell me did you use some fat burner through your program cuz one year for me isn't enough to burn those wiggly fats.

I am a crossfitter (www.crossfit.com) I workout hard. I can say that going raw gave me far more stamina. My dh noticed as well. I increased my pull-ups and push-ups almost overnight. I am seeing better results than I ever did cooked (and I was a professional dancer/acrobat for years) There is no comparison for me. Raw is better.
