Hi, I'm new to raw foods (and the forum!)
What I'm looking for are simple raw recipes, ones that don't need hard to find or expensive ingredients. I've got a limited budget, and I don't really want to scour the city in search of ingredients I can't pronounce. ;)
Thanks in advance!

Haha. Knew it was coming. :)
Salads, guacamole stuffed collard leaves, pesto stuffed mushrooms, fajita veggies in collard wraps.
Do you have Alissa's book? It has some really good and simple recipes. Smoothies are always great (especially the green ones ;) ). And you can always just eat what's in season like juicy watermelons and cantaloupe.

I don't do a lot of recipes, but most of what I've done has come from here. The onion bread, made into sandwiches with Swiss nut cheese from Alissa's book, along with lettuce and tomato. Nacho nut cheese left undehydrated and used as a dip with raw veggies or partially dehydrated and stuffed into baby veggies. RP's brownies. Mint Meltaways and Lemon Chews. That's about the extent of what I liked that I made. Got all of the recipes here except for the nut cheese.
