I know what it is like to feel the effects of eating nonraw since I have been raw for awhile. Even stirfry vegetables with spices KILL me.
But Are the smptoms/effects as harsh for those of you that have eliminated even grains ans nuts and eat mostly fruits and veggies? For example someone who is mostly 8-1-1 or similar, do you get bloated and headachy when you eat a RAW slice of blackforest cake?????

Now it doesn't bother me and I have no gallbladder either for exactly 20 years today - wow. Perhaps my body is toxic right now for the large volume of medications that I have had, and it isn't reacting, who knows, but I am okay with nuts - not so much with grains and that was cooked or raw.

I find the longer I am raw, the more I lean toward more simple foods. So, when I eat more complex foods, it often doesn't agree with me as much (like, it may sit in my stomach for a while. No pain or anything though.). Also, I feel really dehydrated when I eat a lot of salt.

So for any of you prolonged RAWBIES that have acquired more of a simple eating menu, IF you ate a slice of RAW carrot cake or cookie with raw whip cream, would you have SYMPTOMS like after eating cooked foods or does it differ? What type of symptoms?

Well, I've been 100% raw for 3 monnths, and mostly raw for 4 years, so I feel I can answer this question, but only for myself.
I really like fresh fruits and veggies all by themselves, but every once in a while I like to eat a fun recipe, and I have been working hard on my recipe books lately, so I have been trying lots of fun new combinations.
I have noticed nothing different when eating fresh fruits and veggies, or eating a lasagna, or toasted cheese sandwich (raw of course), my body reacts the same.
I do notice that once I eat a combination, that I want more combinations, and if I eat simply, I am satisfied with simple.
That is the only difference I have noticed so far.

The only SYMPTOM I seem to have thus far is that it will sit in my stomach for a while, which may get a bit uncomfortable. But, I've only experienced that when I eat a LOT of something. One piece doesn't seem to bother me. Does this help?
