I was wondering if any of you have any tried and true forms of detoxing your body? Or anything that you guys have heard of that works? I am still trying to shake these SAD food cravings...

Well, in my opinion, good detoxing methods include, but are not limited to :D:
Oil Pulling
Dry Skin Brushing
Water/Juice fasts, if water use lemon and msm
Yoga and stretching
exercising
meditation
Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water (google it)
and
sweating
and
love
and
making love
and
deep breathing
and
green smoothies and spinach
and vegetable juice.
and enemas.
with your own concoction :) i usually like to add a bit of homemade kombucha or apple cider vinegar, and a bit of spirulina too to my cleansing (enema) water! and probiotics if i have them.
:) ;)

AHHHHHHHHHH....nasty cravings tormenting us. Taking advice from veganforlife, I have started drinking green smoothies for cravings. Hard to have a craving when you are stuffed. :p Those smoothies are so wonderful for you. Do try to drink more of them to help ya out. They will work. One saved me from eating a pizza today. I was in red zone craving situation. LOL

As the others said -
greens greens greens.
Energy Soup made with weeds is the most powerful thing I've tried
but also green smoothies, spirulina, green juice
detox foot pads
juice fasting
fruit fasting
clay
oil pulling
coffee enemas
clay baths
mud baths
sauna
rebirthing
skin brushing
colonics
cold showers
water cure (drink 2l water in one go when you first wake up)

awesome responses!
Green smmmooothies are so wonderful in every way - mood and energy, alkalinity, cleansing, eliminating cravings, chlorophyll, minerals....
Don't forget to use a holistic approach with "detox" or cleansing..=
the foods we eat
+
the thoughts we formulate constantly, the choices we make, the nourishing ways we physically move our bodies, and self-love
=
empowerment, energy, purity, wholeness, health, beauty.
